I can’t tell you how many times I visit homes where the numbers are in brass up against golden or taupe bricks which makes the numbers virtually invisible. The best way to highlight your address is to choose numbers that are bold and legible from the street. Remember why they are there in the first place so that others can find you. This is not the place to use a monochromatic colour scheme. Place the numbers on a plague can make them pop!
