If you can, I highly recommend avoiding these 5 bed placements as they have the potential to cause a number of health challenges. It is not my intention to instill fear, it is simply my intention to educate you on the many challenges these floor plans create while offering practical solutions by choosing the lesser of all evils.
Although we all love our modern amenities, sleeping with our head at an adjacent wall to a kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, fireplace and/or stairs over an extended period, may contribute to un-diagnosed chronic migraines, memory loss, forgetfulness, mood swings, seizures, head and shoulder pain.
In addition to the above challenges, it is very common for those sleeping in floor plans such as these to have poor sleep patterns resulting in chronic fatigue and insomnia.
